- Significant professional Project Management experience within digital technology sector; Apps, webapps, UX/UI, Product development, etc.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex projects with multiple parties and workstreams.
- Able to produce and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and RAIDs.
- Very strong client facing skills.
- Experience and effective application of Agile processes.
- Knowledge of release management and SDLC.
- Knowledge of Product Development/Roadmap is advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen / budget control.
- Extensive use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills across channels, both in person & virtually.
- Great interpersonal skills, leading by example through “hearts and minds”.
- Strong influencing and decision-making skills.
- Highly adaptable to change.
- Ability to see the bigger picture, focusing on the goals that matter.
- Team player & positive influence on others, even when times are tough.
- Formal Project Management training & qualification would be highly valuable.
- Must be willing to travel in the UK across offices at least once a month with the possibility of international travel.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. We want someone who is confident to manage key strategic projects.
Main Responsibilities
The position will focus on:
- Excellent project planning to ensure on time deliveries, with clear resourcing and dependencies.
- Project reporting to working group and senior executives both internal and external.
- Working with different team disciplines and clients ensuring clear communications between key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Delivering projects to agreed specifications, deadlines and quality levels.
- Managing priorities, project changes and stakeholder expectations.
- Effective risk management and mitigation planning.
- Coming up with solutions and proposals, not just reporting problems.
- Making effective use of teams and resources, driving & inspiring them to deliver the agreed plans.
- Continuously improving delivery processes.
- Proactively collaborate with other Project Managers & key stakeholders to exchange ideas and suggest improvements across the company.
- Support mkodo in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of its ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Adhere to all relevant mkodo ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures and requirements at all times.
- Complete any reasonable tasks relating to the mkodo ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
